our van died on monday, the shop it was at took 3 days to figer out they they have no idea why it wont start, and they had it towed to another shop. so my mom called this new shop today to be told this:
we cant give you any service today because we are being presented with an award from the BBB for our outstanding service.
:confused: I understand their end of it, I just thought it was pretty funny that the mechanics couldnt take a look at our van as a result of their outsanding service :p
