The [Toronto Humane Society] called my house and asked me to look after some pigeons!

Ya maybe it's just pigeons but for me this is huge lol, I'm going to be helping out some stray wild pigeons because they trust me as I asked to help out some birds in the first place when I adopted another pigeon a long time ago.

I'm going down there today to pick up the birds and maybe see if there's any lovebirds in need of a home because I seen a bunch in the bird room before and they where so tiny and cute lol.

Well I gota get ready to go ... I'll have photos of the new commers later!

Wild pigeons? Will you be working to rehab them so they can go free? Or are they injured and will have to be "kept birds" form now on? Tell, tell ALL, we want to hear their FULL story - WITH photos, natch!

Yay! That is great. And we all know that you will take care of those pidgeons very good. I hope they keep coming to you if they need help again:)

Okay sorry it took so long for me to reply lol,

I have 1 brown male pigeon, he was raised from a baby and has a crippled wing which makes him not able to fly, he's going to be finding another home, I'm just helping look after him while I find him that new home.

The other pigeon might now make it =(, it has somthing kinda like what Argranade my other pigeon died of, it starts shaking it's head all over and going crazy in curcles. Right now I have to hand feed it seeds and water, I just hope it kicks threw, I belive it's a roller pigeon .. the THS found this bird as a stray but it had a band on it's foot, they tried to find the owner for 2 months but no luck so now it's up to me to help this poor bird.

They had no babies at this time of year but they told me they'll get over 50 baby pigeons and they'll all be stuck in baskets waiting to be fed, I told them I could take a bunch in and feed them .. then later on release them somewhere away from my house hoping they won't come back lol, if they are too tame I'll find them homes as pets. It's alot of work but even more love.

Here is the pigeon with the crippled wing who was raised from a baby.
