In light of the drama in the house, I found this incredibly funny.......

My son is home from college this week for spring break. So instead of goofing off all day while we werte at work today, hubby gave him a list of chores. One was "Clean the dining room light", which is a ceiling fan. I came home and noticed it was brighter in here, so I asked if all the bulbs were changed. Hubby had asked our son to clean the light, so our son did.... but hubby meant for him to clean the fan and everything, not just the bulbs. LOLOLOLOLOL

We apparentely forgot that we need to be incredibly specific when dealing with 20 year old males

PS: WHY did I ask if the bulbs were changed? Does it matter? For some reason it was very important to me to know if someone changed the bulbs. Talk about displaced anxiety!

Actually it does matter. Light fixtures may contain a warning about the maximum wattage of bulbs to be used. Use bulbs of a higher wattage than indicated and it could be a fire hazard (at worst) or burn out the fixture which would then have to be replaced. Don't ask me how I know.
