OK, I need suggestions here about what kind of sunglasses to get.
I have a round face and dark features olive skin tone, brown hair and eyes.
I have no idea where to start.... my sunglasses have always my prescription glasses that turn dark automatically when you go into the sun.
I now need to get some non prescription sun glasses?
Any particular brands I should be looking at?
clueless.... :o

Last year hubby bought me a pair of Oakleys to take with us to Hawaii and I LOVED them!!!
I wore them everyday until Tyler got his mits on them and snapped them in two :( They are a little pricey and run around $100 but they are excellent glasses and offer great protection for your eyes from the sun.
I have a roundish face too and I've been told I look the best in rectangular frames that are black or tortoiseshell in color. You could probably get away with just about any color with an olive skin tone though :) I am pale as pale can be

These are the ones I have...actually they broke in half but the lenses are still good, I think I am going to send them in for a new frame for 90 dollars, I think I paid over 200 for them.
The lenses have withstood me throwing them in my purse with no case for 2 years without a scratch and the polerization is unbelievable.

I just got those at the BX when I lived in Japan but I think you can buy that brand at just about any department store.

I guess I should actually go to a store and try some on. :p
I really like all 3 kinds.
I am willing to spend about $100, but not much more.
Most of the local sunglass shops here have the oakleys and maui jims.

We camp at the ocean and when I wear the maui jim's I can see INTO the water, it is really wierd if you are not use to polarized.

Carmen, I, too have a very round face and have found that Vogues look good on me, but I have a hard time finding them. I recently bought a pair of Ray Ban's that I LOVE.
I would suggest going to Sunglass Hut. If they don't have a pair that will look good on you, NO ONE will! ;) j/k. Seriously, they have such a HUGE selection in styles and prices.
I tried on a pair of Versace glasses not knowing they were Versace and was ready to buy them because I loved them so much. Then I saw the $400 price tag.
This picture is one of the Vogue pairs that I had.
