View Full Version : Snow?! In Florida?!?!

Tomorrow night freezing temps is expected with a bit of rain, down here in west central Florida. What does that make? SNOW! Or freezing rain. So, if it does snow, I will make sure to get pictures. I'm sure I will turn into a popsicle by then though....this is kind of ridiculous. It's awfully cold tonight, I can't imagine tomorrow!

I have a funny feeling we might get some snow ;) I always enjoy it when we get it every 10 years. It's rather brief but interesting :)

Brrrrr. We had snow on the ground this morning :( I was joking this morning that I was going to move from Texas to Florida but I guess I need to move to Jamaica or someplace to avoid the snow :D

It is very cold up here in North Florida, too. We had hail on Tuesday! I've never seen it before. I was at work and me and my co-worker had to walk out on the front porch and watch it. lol. We had snow flurries sometime last week too, but I was asleep when that happened - I just heard about it on the news.

Shhh...I would actually kind of enjoy it if it snowed. Not like a blizzard, but maybe a dusting?

It's only 9:30 AM here and the temps have dropped since 7.

Sarah, are you seeing any snow there yet? I can't believe you guys had snow flurries last week. Cool!!! Northern Florida will probably see snow for sure :) You think? :D

I'm in Hernando county which they said tonight could get into the 20's. I haven't been outside yet but it was chilly yesterday. I would be thrilled with snow flurries! :)

*screaming over storm* Blizzard?! Who ever said anything about a blizzard?! :p

Snowstorm for weeks on end here... and a daily high of -19 F and a low of -32 F. :eek:

While I would enjoy it, snow in Florida would NOT be a good idea! People drive like idiots when it sprinkles outside, could you imagine SNOW? :rolleyes: :p


It's supposed to be in the 30's but there is zero percent precipitation.

Aww, no snow. I heard something about it being even colder tomorrow? :rolleyes: C'mon, blow some warm vibes over here! :)

The dogs say it's FRICKIN COLD.

Can you spot Skye? :) She won't even pick her head up when I say her name. ;) Please note the ever slowly being ingested blanket covering her..I have to put it away when I'm sleeping because they had been slowly eating it.... :rolleyes:
