These are from our latest snow storm... we got 18'' on the ground and CRAZY snow drifts!!!

This is what I found when I opened the garage door.
(After and hour and a half of shoveling snow, my hubby and I finally made it out the driveway!! :eek: )

You really got the snow out your way - we had about 10" here, and it's our first big snow this winter. I think our pups have a lot in common - Buddy & Star enjoy it, but Sierra & Sherman both went ga-ga over the snow! Looks like yours had a great time. Nice to have your hubby around for the snow removal!

W :eek: W! That's a lot of snow!! We haven't had a storm like that in years!! That snow had to be a challenge for even Buddy and Sierra to get through. What great pictures! I feel you pain as far as the shoveling goes! :)

I just have to say something to all you people that are covered up with snow...........Bless you all!!!!! The pictures on the news are amazing. All those people stranded on the highway in Pennsylvania(I think). Some of them were coming from the dog show in NYC. Unbelievable!! Now I remember why I live in Florida :eek: :eek: :eek:

Great photos, thanks! I love seeing the dogs romping in the snow. Seems to bring out the puppy in them! Then the best part, coming inside and shaking it all over everything and everybody (maybe your don't do that?) So nice to see.

Pat, you are SO right! I AM very lucky my hubby is no longer working out of town! There would have been no way I would have gotten out of my driveway to work! I would have been stuck at home for a day or 2! Hummm... wait a second... maybe that wouldn't have been all that bad! :p

Ahhh GSDs and snow = heaven :D. Great photos Angie, the kids look like they were having a blast out there. Can you send some snow over to us though please? it is suppose to be quite hot here for the next few days... luckily the tree's are starting to change colour ;).

Wahhhh...our snow has started to melt already..... yesterday was the first day above freezing in over 2 weeks! The temps are going to be at or just above freezing for the next week or so with RAIN in the forecast! :(
Ugh... do you know what a huge mess 20" of melting snow makes when you have 2 dogs running around like nut balls??

Ugh... time to make sure I have a supply of "Dog feet towels" handy :p
