Oh yeah I've seen this before on an animal videos website.
It's really cool, I love it when people do things with their animals, and the cat obviously likes it cause you can't force a cat to something it doesn't want.

How neat is that? Kitty obviously enjoys diving and seems very comfortable in the water. He and his doggy friend sure earned their nap time!
