Thanks for sharing this, that is romantic, regardless of who the couple were.

seeing I live only 30 minutes from verona myself we have been bombarded with this info all day on every news station and newspaper around. The general feeling here is 'yes this is a significant find...it is somewhat important but when you are sitting on a goldmind of fossils and history at every turn it isn't that significant'.

I guess that's what happens when there is sooo much history in one place.

I thought that was pretty cool too.

That would be a great V-day card...

I love Archie-ology too....

Didn't care for Jughead but Veronica was the hottest! ;)

I was thinking...

Love you to death!

But, that could be misconstrued!

Or maybe, still love you though dead.

I think this find is very revealing of the culture that buried them together
like that too. They must have carried out their wishes with the burial.

That is very cool. Could you imagine if it actually was Romeo and Juliet? They are supposed to be fictional, right?

Although, taking a closer look, you have to wonder if they aren't hugging-if they are actually strangling each other... :p

Ah, that's like living in San Francisco. To us the Golden Gate Bridge is how we get to Marin County, the Cable Cars are just public transportation, the TransAmerica Pyramid is where my friends work, Fisherman's Wharf is where we go to dinner, meet you at the Cliff House for brunch, the Buena Vista for cocktails, Ghirardelli Chocolate Factory for dessert, Golden Gate Park is a great place for a picnic - we ARE spoiled! :p but I am always reminded that I truly do live in God's lap as it's SO beautiful here.

I don't know why, but this story really brought tears to my eyes. I guess I'm just an old sop. :( :(

Wow, this story is amazing! So neat and romantic. haha although if I got a V-day card with skeletons on it, hugging or not I would be scared and freaked lol, I have a fear of skeletons. But it is very romantic.
