Sadie!!
Sadie's 5th birthday was Sunday. I am so lucky to have such a special dog in my life. I can't imagine life without her and I can't imagine how I go so far in life before I had her. She was my 1st dog that was my own. I had dogs as a kid but I was too young to take care of them. Sadie was my first puppy, in essence my first child as we have no skin kids. She is always willing to give kisses and cuddles to which I do not object. She has adapted well to her little sister and brother. I can't believe she is already 5 as I so clearly remember the day we brought her home. I remember when we first got her she was so small and she managed to get herself under the recliner and get stuck. I was frantic as I wasn't sure how to get her out without squishing her, thankfully hubby (BF at the time) was there and helped me get her out. She scared me good with that. I know we have many great years ahead of us but they go by so quick.
Sadie,
Big girl - I love you so much, I hope you had a great birthday.

A belated birthday for Grant.
Grant's 3rd birthday was January 20th. That's the day I picked as he was a rescue pup. It was a trying few months when we first got him, but we pulled through and he has made an awesome addition to our family. His goofy expressions, his constant willingness to be rightherewithme, (he is a total velcro dog) his sloppy kisses and his never-ending energy make him special. He lets his sisters beat up on him without him so much as growling. He protects me and supervises me when I shower. :p I can't imagine what life was like without him under my feet 24/7. I don't know what his life was like before we rescued him but I can guarantee that it was not as good as he has it now. He is as spoiled as the girls and loves showing me how much he loves me.
Grant,
Handsome boy - I am so happy that you came into my life and I hope that you know that. I love you silly boy.
Mom
Ok, ok......I know what you all want - PICS! ;)

Sunday afternoon all 3 were treated to a little snack/lunch. Yogurt, peanut butter, bananas and some apples on top. Yummy! I let them lick the spoon and bowl of course.
