In the hopes of getting more suggestions, I'm adding more Mimi pics!

Afternoon Folks,

I'm looking for suggestions for dinners that are both kid and parent friendly. Making two meals a night is getting to be a bit much lately.

Mimi is nearly 2 years old and likes a pretty wide variety of things (chicken nuggets, hot dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches, spaghetti O's) but I'm beginning to draw a blank on creative ways to make these up. You can only have Pigs in a Blanket and Tater Tot Casserole so many times, you know? So I would greatly appreciated any suggestions in this regard.

And as an added bonus, an Xmas pic of the Angel in question:

Oppss Darn I just named off somemore of my favorite foods.. :DI know my kids love tacos!!! especially since they love to make their own. homemade pizza, homemade chicken tenders, mini pizzas, homemade mac and cheese. pirogies(sp?), stuffed shells, goulash, homemade corn dogs are a hit with my kids, pretty much anything with a stick! just remember, what ever you make homemade is the best way to go. you can make things anyway you want, and make it fun for the kids. alot of times, i make a couple meals then, freeze them, for days we are busy, so i just re-heat and serve! Makes life so much easier. and with homemade, you know what is in everything!

My little man is going to be two in May!!
We always give Tyler a portion of whatever we are eating. Our rule is that he has to TRY everything. If he refuses to take a few bites he is simply out of luck until snack time. On the other hand not everyone likes everything so if he just can't stand something after he has tried it several times we will let him have something else.
We are pretty strict as far as parents go but those are my 2 cents. Mimi is a beautiful little girl :D :D
