What a milestone! Twenty-five years ago today was when I had my last cigarette! I quit cold turkey at 10:00 that night and never regretted it. It was rough quitting like that, but worth it. Six weeks later I took one puff of one and I felt like I was going to die! I've been smoke free ever since.

Congratulations! From what I hear cold turkey is the hardest way to quit! Proud of you for staying smoke free for 25 years!

WOW! Congratulations! I quit a little over 19 years ago and have never regretted it. And I, too, also remember the day and almost the hour. I never want to go back to smelling and feeling like that.
