Well, today Dave, my fiance, drove to meet Lexi (lute) and pick up Mocha and Terri. Lex said the girls were a little sick on the way to meet Dave. They did well on the way back. Dave gave them both baths (what a great guy) so I wouldn't have to after work. He fed them and they ate so well. Terri's new mom came to see her today. She liked her alot. She changed her name to Trixie. Mocha is very open where as Trixie is very shy. They are both so sweet though. Mocha needs to gain a little weight, but other then that they are great pups. They will be spayed, heartworm tested, and vaccinated on Thursday. They will be going to their new home either this weekend or early next week.

Here are some pictures of the two girls.

Those sweet faces brought a smile to my tired eyes.

awwww! I miss them already! I was taking care of the dogs tonight and it seemed so quiet without the constant *Boing* of Mocha at my side. Charlie was looking for them tonight too. Good Luck girls at your new homes! :D

Yes, I have noticed her being the "BOSS". I am so glad you saved them. Carrie, Terrie/Trixie's new mom, said thank you to you for saving them. You did a great thing, Lex. I am so proud to know you.

Those girls are little lovebugs. Who could resist them? I'm thinking possibly girlfriends for Tobey and Archie in the UK ;) Wait till Denise sees them. They're so cute!! Kudos to all for saving them and taking care of them :) Great job!!

Mocha and Terrie, now named Trixie, are doing well. They have a llitter box fettish!! They are not too thrilled about going outside to go potty, but Mocha is picking it up real well. Trixie is very timid and does not like the idea of going out, once she goes out, it is so hard to get her in. It is so weird. I have to leave the door open and walk away so she will come in. If she sees me, she runs back outside. They are being vetted and spayed on Thursday and go to their new homes on Saturday as long as there are no complication due to surgery. I think they will be great. I will post an update on Thursday when we get back. I will try to post pics too!

Terri was like that at first when she got here. She is really shy, but does get better.

It is weird though. With it being so cold, I would think she would want to come in! I am sure she will come around. :)
