And one Of Smokey adopted at 17 from the SPCA , a Cat that had never had a real home.Nearly bling with only a few teeth we thought he would live a few months.
7 Years later this Brave Old Cat became an Angel.
He taught me so much, the meaning of courage and dignity, and love.
He was delighted with the simplest things like a towel to sleep on, or a piece of food that would appear like magic in front of him.
I will see you Smokey, My Old Friend.

You mean Smokey was 17 years old when you adopted him and he lived another 7 years. :eek: Wow, that made him 24 years old when he passed on. Bless you Gary for loving this gorgeous boy. That is such a fabulous story. :)
