I just thought I would make the official announcement that I am now a card carrying member of the crazy cat lady club. I think I did great adopting out two of my four backyard rescue kittens. I really believe it was fate for me to keep Moxie because when we discovered we missed the fourth kitten three weeks later he really needed a buddy to help him socialize and forget his already learned feral ways.

See how much bigger Decker is than Moxie. When he went for his final shots on Dec. 18th he already outweighed her by a pound.

Hope you enjoyed seeing my two little guys. I think it's time for an updated "how many cats do you have" poll. And to think, Ripley was my one and only cat for over 10 years. Wow have things changed!

By the way, Decker has socialized nicely. He's my lap cat, never hisses or pops anymore and isn't afraid of much. He's a very gentle laid back little guy.

Congrats Lori. You did good finding home for the other two. Now we have about the same track record: for every one that found a home, I kept one :p

Yes, I think you did a great job adopting out your backyard babies too! :D They couldn't have got better homes!

These pictures are hysterical. No wonder you wanted to keep these two. You must be having so much fun.

NOPE!!!! ;) :) :) I was just waiting for it to become official!!!

Don't feel bad Lori...your not the only one....I can not talk...I'm up to 9 but would love to have an even number....of course Mark would KILL me if I ended up with one more. :rolleyes:

I see how much they love their alpine scratcher......it looks like they do the same thing that Gracie and Dude does....take the scratcher part out and play with what's left. Must be a new game we don't know about. ;)

YIPPEE!!! I'm so glad you kept these two Lori! I told you they would settle in nicely!!! You did a very good thing! The others got great homes too! ;)

Now ... they are both absolutely precious! I can't believe how much bigger Decker is than Moxie! He's gonna be a big boy! The pictures are so cute ... keep them coming! :)

Moxie and Decker are a great Cat Duo, and will repay you with years of love and friendship for giving them a Furr Ever Home.

I was wondering recently how he was doing. Glad to hear he's mellowed.

*SQUEAL* I knew it too :p I figured since you have not said anything about finding them new furrever homes in, I dunno, about a month :confused: That they were keepers. I am so glad.

How is Ripley with them?

They sure are cute, That Moxie moo puts a big :D On my face every time I see her pictures ;)

Yes, Richard talked to their new mom today. She said they are doing well, sleeping under the covers with them at night (just like my two) and have been totally welcomed into the home by all her other cats. She has cat piles, I have growling, hissing and swatting. :confused: :rolleyes: They finished their outdoor cat run over the holidays so now all her cats can go outside to an enclosure through a cat door. How cool is that? I'm so glad they got such a great home. She said she would send some new pics but here are a few from Thanksgiving.

Lori, there was no doubt in my mind that you were going to keep these two adorable kitties. CONGRATULATIONS on your new official additions.

How is my Rumor girl doing with them??? You know you can ship her down here to her Auntie to help straighten her out. I wouldn't mind, really, I wouldn't mind at all. :D

I loved all the pictures. Those two are just too darn cute.
I also loved the pictures of Hermia & Poseidon and that Pandora is a real cutie pie also. I'm glad to hear they are doing well in their new home.
