how d'ya upload a siggy? please help!

i need help uploading a siggy if anyone can tell me how! cheers!

If you already have one done, go to tinypics.com- load your siggy then copy the /img/ and copy. Then paste where you want it ( like mine is between my signiture after no such thing as just a dog, then preview. You may have to reduce it. YOu will notice the lower left corner of the box "decrease size". You may have to do it several times. Mine was still too big, but Karen fixed it for me.
As far as making one- I have no clue. Mine was made by maltese love, and I love it. There are several that will be happy I am sure to make a siggy for you. Go to general to graphics people, and you will see several people that do siggys. Just post a request. ...
