Kitty Hawk is definately by far an awesome horse! She is 14.2hh (i thought it was pretty neat because when she was able to be showed (before she got authoritis) i could enter her in the horse, and the pony classes :D !! She is an Arabian/ Quarter horse registered breed, and when she was younger she was a dapple grey with a dark hind quarter!! she is happy 24/7 no matter where she is! Here is more pictures of her! The authoritis will eventuially make it that she cannot walk! After a horse cannot walk they have to be put down :( . Please support this horse! her one leg is getting really bad and she is carrying a foal! she needs some wishes to make it, so that she can have the foal because her leg is getting really bad and its starting to effect her walking. Pray that she'll make it to give birth to the baby. The foal is due mid to end may or begining of June. The authoritis is really effefcting the left leg but is in both front legs. Some idiots jumped her when she was only three years old! Any horse person knows that a horse should just be getting used to someone (only walking) riding them at that time, not loaping cantering and jumping. Thank you soo much, would be greatly appreciated! Keep hoping for her! Thank you soo much ;)

this is a picture of her from this winter, you can tell she is a happy horse, notice her 2 front legs?

Oh Beki, it's so hard to watch them in pain. Are you giving her any supplements or herbals to help with the arthritis? A straight glucosomine supplement may prove beneficial for her. MSM is another good one. If you need help in locating a suitable supplement PM me. I'd be more than happy to help.

You know how much I love Kitty and that she is the horse I trust the most. She is the horse that gave me my first real ride - and it was awesome. It's so awful to know that she is going through pain, I'm definitely sending wishes that somehow her leg will get better and that the baby will be delivered without any troubles.

Hey there Beki, you know that I will definately be praying for KittyHawk, and that if you ever need my help with her birthing, that I will certainly help to make sure the foal comes out safely. I will definately be praying for her and will cry lots when the time comes that she has to leave this world. Hope you aren't in too much pain Kitty.

Her story is amazing and I really hope she makes it to her foals birth. She's beautiful, and I'm sure her baby will be too. How old is she now?

Just out of curiosity, if she has had this arthritis problem for a few years now, why would you breed her?? that is just putting added stress on her already stressed joints. Just curious??

in reply, to make a long story short, i had to give her away and i gave her to these people that i only thought i knew, and then when they owned her for a few months, when i went back and seen she was in bad condition i got her back and then a few days after they called and said that she is bread and that they need money for the breeding, it wasn't under my controll, otherwise i would have never got her bread.
