OK, so I'm pretty sure the title is spelled wrong... :o

Anywho! While visiting relatives Jenny and Tripod somehow got in the same room together, and no one noticed until I walked into the room and saw them lying down beside each other. (a true PTer through and through) I had to get you some pics.

I never thought she's be good with cats. At the pound they told me that they wouldn't adopt her to someone who had a cat, because she wasn't good with cats. I guess they just assumed she'd attack them, just like I did.

In some of them they are REALLY close to each other.

That's awesome!
Tripod looks like a good confident cat for Jenny to be around.
Sometimes it's the "scaredy cats" that run from dogs that the dogs find fun to chase. That was the case with my Nova when we got her. Nova would only chase my cats when they ran from her. When one of my cats would walk by her or lay down she wouldn't bother them at all. My cats have now learned not to run from her and Nova has learned not to chase them if they do run.

You wouldn't think he's be that confident after loosing a leg. He's got a strong spirit. I was so happy, I saw them together and my heart almost stopped because I thought Jenny would, you know... but they were OK. I think Jenny didn't mind Tripod as much as he minded her. He kept giving her the evil eye. lol, you can see it in some pics. She was disturbing the peace of his home. And his mommie pet her more than she pet him. :p

A chase would have been scary, a chase probably wouldn't have ended OK. :(

Thats great :).. My dogs are only good around my brothers cat.. I find when a cat is really comfortable around a dag, the dog usually doesn't have the "need" to be praydriven.. But if the cat acts affraid/ runs away, then most dogs would chase it.
