Since Jake has settled, he is now not letting Brookie hold him as easily. Maybe he's not Briman mix. Or maybe he is. He has the Birman appearance. Maybe he's mixed with tabby lol, and since he is mixed, he takes the personality of the other breed. HIs meow is REALLY soft.

He still likes to be held. Just if you hold him the right way lol.

Try not to worry. Usually kittens are so active that they don't like being held and they'll only sit in your lap if they're tired. My Pearly girl is finally starting to enjoy being held but only for a few minutes at a time and she'll be 2 in May. I think that Jake is a cutie pie no matter what breed he is.:)

Thats so true, as its only been recently that I could pet Miquelito and Pouncierge at all, as they were always racing around the Hotel at 100 miles per hour.
They are starting to slow down a bit, but still are a way from being Lap Cats.
Enjoy the Kitten Hood while it lasts as it doesnt last furrever!!!
