My friend at work took her 9 year old dog for a bike ride last night and she said he really seemed to enjoy it, esp. when they were going straight. Problem was she didn't know how to tell him which way to go. She was holding his leash...she doesn't have the attachment thing for the bike like Anna has for Roxey. So my questions for her are 1) how much is the attachment and does it make a big difference? and 2) how did you teach them when and how to turn?

Thanks!

Well, I bought the my attachment at Bikerdog.com (http://www.bikerdog.com/) & it was $55 with S&H included.

Actually riding is very easy with it. When we turn or have to go to the other side of the street I just say "Roxey, right" or "Roxey, left". She finally understands what I mean. I just found this gets her attention & she will look at me when I need her to.

Does this explain what you wanted to know? Hope so!
