Help, Windows movie maker

I made a slideshow that I worked really hard on and it froze!!
I can get back into the program but it is frozen. I have all my hard work not saved. Dose anyone know what to do?

I know very little but my bet is you would have to start over and may I suggest you save, save, save as you work in case that happens again.

Thanks, I ended the program and then restarted it and a window popped up saying it automatically saves and asked if I would like to continue. THANK GOODNESS!!! My video I made is in Pet General. It's only 3 minutes long but took forever to make.

I know, that program freezes a lot...luckily it does have autosave. The same thing happened to me before, so now I save every 30 seconds when I'm on that program. ;)
