Barbara told me she had business in a city. My husband and I decided to take care of some personal business in that city at the same time.

Can you guess the city? And the landmarks?

Oh that HAS to be New York City.... Rockefeller Center! I thought maybe it was when I saw the picture of you three on TOP of a building as it looked like Central Park in the background!

Oh it looks like so much fun! You look so happy there in NYC. Did you ice skate? I have yet to make it over to downtown San Jose, where they have ice skating under the palm trees.

Yes...it is New York City. From Top of the Rock that is Central Park in the far background, the tree in Rockefeller Center, a carriage ride in Central Park and the ice skaters at RC....but....I could not convince my traveling companions to ice skate. :rolleyes: :( :rolleyes:

Sorry RICHARD....somehow ice skating in LA just wouldn't be the same....

We had so so much fun!

But what about the background in the last photo????

NYC!! I recognized Central Park right away!! I was on Rockefeller Center too :)

New York City must be one the best cities to do some serious shopping, I would have loved to be there with you - and I would have gone ice skating with you, Sara! :cool: Looks like you had a wonderful time, and I'm envious of course. ;) Sorry it wasn't snowing, but at least you got to see some ice... probably in your drinks too. :D

Wow! Just landed this morning after two days of sales conference at Long Island, back in the office- good worker that I am- and here we are again!!!!
We had such a great time. And the discounts in NY were great- I hardly could carry my suitcase ;)

BTW- guess in what letterbox I put my PT Christmas cards ;) In the Grand Central Station letterbox :D

I didn't have the foggiest idea of where it was, I read "windy city?" and thought, oh, it must be Chicago. :o Oh well, it looks like you had a very enjoyable time. The carriage ride looks so fun! What a cool pet talk meeting. :D
