Introduction

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Mcat and I live in the foothills of the Shenandoah Mountains with 4 fabulous felines: Peaches, Josie, Arthur and Paisley. Each has her own wonderful story; all are rescues.

I also write sonnets about all aspects of cathood. One hundred of these sonnets have been collected in a book, Cat-House Sonnets, 100 poems celebrating cats, which just received a Muse Medallion from the CatWriters Association.

Hi Mcat, welcome to Pet Talk. I'm Meg and currently owned by 7 kitties. I have three lovely ladies named Tucker (23 yrs old), Mystic (7 yrs old) and Gracie Mae (2 yrs old). I also have 4 handsome boys named Smokey (12 yrs old), Abner (5 yrs old), Gabriel (2 yrs old) and Vegas (3 yrs old)....all my babies are rescues. They all have their own special stories of how they came into my life or a special story of just how special they are...like Gracie and Gabriel who are twin littermates and blind.
