I haven't posted pictures of my snakes in a long time. Kimmy (Ramanth) recently requested that I post some.

Tarzan is a Jungle Carpet Python.

Flick is a Snow Corn Snake. I wish I had a better picture of him. He's very active and I can never seem to get a decent picture of him.

OneDay is a Ball Python.

Bo is a Red Tail Boa. He's our largest snake, I'm not sure his length, I think between 7-8 feet (the picture doesn't show is size well at all).

Angel is also a Red Tail Boa. She is considerably smaller than Bo, probably between 5-6 feet. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v704/KBlaix2/reptiles/IMG_7622.jpg

What gorgeous snakes!! Maybe someday I'll have a Red Tail or BRB. I have such a soft spot for boas. :D

How big do carpet pythons get? Are they nippers?

Thanks for sharing these Kari!

Lucy herself is so so. She regurged her last meal, so we're waiting the 10 days so her system can recharge. She's been MIA for the most part, but yesterday morning she poked her head out of her hide. :)

We'll try her next meal tomorrow.

I was never a fan of boas until we got Angel, then we later got Bo. They are both amazing snakes and I do now adore boas.

Jungle Carpet Pythons are known to be nippy snakes when they are young, but they grow out of it as they get a bit older. They don't get too big, I think they average 5-6 feet and they aren't thick snakes. They LOVE to climb and are so much fun to watch.

Hopefully Lucy will eat well for you tomorrow.

Gorgeous snakes!!!

I love red tailed boas, I hope to own one someday when I have room.

I have 3 snakes at the moment, a cornsnake, a california king and a jurassic which is a kingsnake/milksnake hybrid of some type. All colubrids, although i'm more of a fan of boas and pythons. My longest is my cali king at 53 inches, perhaps 54 now.

Love the pics, thanks for sharing. I also have a red tailed Boa, Selena. I enjoy seeing the snakes, not many on here keep them as pets.

Well Lucy ate and pooped fine for me. I posted about it.

Hmmm... I just might have to research carpet pythons. :D
