Today (November 27th) is the most likely day for accidents of any kind, so be careful ! :p

Have any other "today" facts? (for any day) I love odd today facts. :p

CROSSPOSTED: (from FACTS: kinda game 27/8/06)

Did you know that August 27th Mars will be closer to the Earth than it has been in billions of years.( I found this out with my telescope ) It will be as big and bright as the moon. WATCH FOR IT !!!!! It won't be this close again for 7.4 billion years !

My guess is Thanksgiving is the day before, and black friday everyone gets on the road to shop and not paying attention.

Yesterday was National Skip Day (Canada). It was the only day you could skip school and not get in trouble. Naturally, many students took advantage of this. (I wasn't one of them :p )

It was really strange. The school felt empty. There were only 7 people on my full-size bus. Usually every seat is full.

The mars thing is false. It was a warping of an event that actualy happened a some time ago. and it was bigger than normal but only to the point you might notice a difference with the naked eye. If mars got close enough to be seen as big as to moon with the naked eye we'd be doomed due to tidal changes.
