African/Indonesian Floating Frogs???

I saw these frogs at the pet store with Fire belly newts. They were floating on top of the water, they were brownish green and fairly small. I know they had the words FLOATING FROGS in their name but does anyone know if they are African or Indonesian Floating Frogs or something???
