I meant to post something today, but I have been busy moving into my new office.

I am planning on getting off work early and taking the Draker to the lake for fun in the water. Then we will go for a car ride and Draker will get a nice big juicy steak to tear into!

I am also a member of Jackie's For the Love of Dogs community and Souraya posted Drake's birthday on that community calendar. One of the assistant managers keeps track of all the birthdays and posted that today was Drakes birthday!

I couldn't help but post it here too since so many of us Pet Talkers just love Drake so much and are so proud of how he is growing into such a wonderful boy! He has come a long way from when Souraya started posting about aggression problems.

Draker says thank you for all the birthday wishes.

We have a dock on the property I live on, so Draker and I went down to the lake and spent 3 hours swimming, fetching , and hanging out. Then Draker got to ride in the car with the windows rolled all the way down and the wind in his face. I stopped at the grocery store and got him a 3lb. steak. I cooked it medium rare and cut it up and fed it to the Draker. Then he got a bowl of vanilla ice cream for dessert. After that, it was time for presents. Andrew got Draker a new leather leash and matching collar. I got him a few toys and some Scooby Snacks!

It was a great birthday all around and Draker fell sleep with me on my bed and woke up in time for his morning jog!
