Gratin - she's a sweet senior GSD mix and I love her to death.

Chaucer - he's a sweet, sweet young pit bull/shepherd mix. such a great looking dog, too! :D he's sooo goofy! :) as you can tell. ;) I would adopt him in a heartbeat if I could!

Chaffin - she's such a sweet boxer (?) mix. and she has a face of an angel, seriously. :)

and here's Toffifay (like the candy)..this lady was waiting before anyone was there at the shelter this morning to get rid of her. :mad: she told the lady who runs the shelter that she hates and cannot stand to look at this dog! :mad: I am sure the dog feels the same way about her. ;) she's gorgoeous and I think the lady was jealous that she's prettier than her. she's soooo sweet and that lady didn't deserve her at all. I think she mistreated her, because she's really hand shy. :( she's a dobie/aussie mix

Wow, I don't know how you do it, Krista. I would take almost any one of them. Especially Chaucer, Husker, Memphis and Toffifay.

It's hard not to take any home, but I am at my limit. I guess you have to have self - control and know the right person will come along for them. :)

Oh gosh don't you wonder how people could get rid of such nice dogs in the first place?? I have the hardest time in shelters, I just want to adopt every animal, but then of course there's always at least one that tugs on my heart strings and I just can't leave. Eric always has to pretty much pull me out (although he's a pretty big sucker too ;) ).

Those dogs are all lovely, and I hope they get wonderful homes soon!

Cuteness overload! All of them are so cute! I couldn't pick just one. All of them made my heart melt. I don't know how this woman could want to give Toffifay up so badly, and by the sounds of it, treat her so badly. Before I read what you wrote about her I saw the picture and she really took my breath away. She is so cute and her markings are beautiful. I hope everyone of these precious dogs get their loving, forever home. Thanks so much for sharing.
