I usually try to get to sleep before or by 1:00 but sometimes that doesn't always work so my bed time varies a lot.

Shut down at 11 PM, woke up at 1:15 to put the dog in his crate, back to sleep, woke up to visit the bathroom at 2:40 AM, back to sleep until the alarm went off at 5:40 AM.

I have NO idea how you guys can get thru the day with such little sleep! I would feel all nasty and everything if I went to bed that late and then woke up that early. I go to bed late on the weekends, but then again, I wake up at like 11am and stuff. Well Kudos to all of you who can do it.

Weekends I usually go to bed at 11 pm and wake up between 8 and 9 am.
I can not stay up until the wee hours, by 11:30 I'm falling asleep.

reading each entry and thinking what brave soldiers you all are!!..many get up early coz they have to...i have terrible sleeping patterns, all over the place..but on a good run i usually go to bed at 12pm, nod off to sleep around the 2am and then wake up around 10:30am....chronic fatique messes you up badly...I tip my hat off to all of you who get up when the birds are singing :) ..Jujuboy
