I downloaded the icons from The Icon Factory (http://iconfactory.com/search/freeware/halloween). To use them as your desktop icons, go here (http://www.entity.cc/how-to-icons.php#change) - it explains how to change them in Windows XP. I got the wallpaper from Webshots (http://www.entity.cc/how-to-icons.php#change).
