Aww, I got all warm & fuzzy when I saw Daisy's picture! I love all types of animals, but there is something about deer that really touches me. She's beautiful :)

She is AWESOME!! To me they are one of my favorite wild animals.. I have seen deer jump fences so how do you manage to keep her pinned up? Is it legal to keep a deer like that? (different states, different laws.....)

My # 1 question...... CAN YOU PET HER?

OH MY GOODNESS! Deer are my favorite animal so I always dreamed of owning one. She is so adorable and so beautiful. How did you come about to owning her?

Daisy has been with us scense she was born, we got her from a man who has a herd of 1200 or so, we raised her in the house, untill she got to large for her diapers and the house. We did have to get a permit from the state, and the fences have to be six feet tall, but mostly she stays in because she thinks she is one of the dogs. She loves to be petted and brushed and gets upset if she does not get enough attention, I will try to post some pics of her when she was a baby tonight.

That is so neat that you have a pet deer. :) She is a doll.Can't wait to see pics of her when she was younger.What other pets do you have???

I am just elated!!! Talk about a dream pet, your Daisy captivated me :eek:

I have a quilt , exactly like the one posted in one of the pictures too, but there's no Deer on mine!!!

I am so thank-ful that you came forth and allowed us to see your Daisy Deer!!! I wish I could pet her!!! Will you please do that for me? :)

What an adorable gang you have! Daisy is amazing :eek: You are so lucky to own her. She sounds like a very sweet deer =D I would love to own a deer someday..... Do you ever have to worry about hunters coming and not seeing the fence and shooting her?

Thanks for the response, the fence it to obvious to not see, but I do get concerned when She does get out, she always comes back, but any deer in the woods this time of year is In danger, that why she has a collar and a bell, She is a red deer from the UK the kind the King was so protective of back in the days of Robin Hood.

Neat!!

Have you ever thought of putting a bright orange vest on her? Or an orange bandana?

I have one with reflector strips on it for Kia, but I'm thinking about making her one out of fleece. :D

I really want a deer! You are so lucky! I have a friend that had a deer a few years back but he got out and never came back :(

Your parrot is very beautiful!

I also helped a racoon once and had some baby racoons that played with me in my back yard but now I don't see them anymore.

Hope that most adotable goose gets a loving home.
