I took Solo downtown today for socialisation. He met lots of people and dogs, and got to see alot of things he's never seen before.

He really is cute, and very curious (watch he doesn't fall off the edge of the pier;))

Ohh Jordo he is looking gorgeous :D, what sweet photos aswell. *Cough* Good to see off lead rules are being started early, i am sooo sick of puppies/ dogs not being taught off lead manners early on (Friends 8 month old foster does not know what comes means and it is affecting her adoption).

Solo is so beautiful. I like the photos of him pooped out from his long walk. He's sunning in the warm sun. How cute.

A a little cutie patootie :D Ahhh I'm in love!!! He is the cutest little dude!!! Tell me, could it get ANY CUTER THAN THIS????! I'm loving those tiny sticking up ears^^ And so glad they naturally stick up! I think cropping is cruel. I love the picture of him sittin in front of the water fountain. My next pup will be socialized like Solo, too :)

Aww! He's adorable! :)

I had to go look at previous posts to see who he was since I haven't been around for a while. I thought maybe he was Visa's pup, but wasn't sure.

Thanks everyone! He has his first vet appointment today,, I'll get some more pics after that.


He's so adorable and fluffy!!! How's his socializing coming on now? Still nervous when someone touches his head?

He was getting worse for a while, we thought for sure that he was never going to grow out of it and that Visa could never be bred again, etc -- but he'd never been taken out downtown before, he'd only met strange adults at the shop. And seeing how great he was yesterday and how much he improved I know it's not genetic, it's just a phase, likely brought on by Visa whining and pacing when people pet him and held him when he was younger. It's hard when it's a singleton, as when you take one puppy away from the mother she usually has 6 others to keep her busy but she only had the one. If she only has one next time, she will be in a seperate room when the puppy recieves attention so that he can't hear and see her having a fit.

Walking around downtown yesterday was great, I can't wait until I get to bring an entire litter down there for socialisation. I want my puppies to be the most well-behaved around people ever. :D

How long have you had him. I didn't even know you had one name Visa!
You've missed so much Willie! :) Solo is Visa's puppy -- she was bred this summer to a male in Alberta and Solo was the only puppy born. Here are a couple recent pics of Visa with Solo..
