It makes me somewhat sad that she is leaving the security she feels at your house. She will have to learn all over to trust someone else and settle in in her new forever home..... HOWEVER.... let's hope this is the last time she has to make adjustments to new surroundings and people and she will live a long happy life where she will be. GOOD LUCK to you Leda and may you forever be happy and healthy and die of old age a spoiled and pampered girl!

That is the same scared little kitty girl you rescued from NY??? Wow Jen, you do wonders. She looks so happy and relaxed. Looks like that couple is getting a great new friend/pet.

Now, since you are going to have an opening how about three litte rascals who need a home. Think you could round up new owners for them?? ;) :D

It's so wonderful to see Leda out and comfortable enough to play with toys!!! She is one lucky girl to have had you for a foster mom!

Good luck in your new home, sweet girl! ;)

Laura, sadly you are correct. But this would have been her fate anyway had she moved on to live with Lizzie. but knowing how she HAS adjusted, we know she can do it again. And this time, without 7 cat rivals for mama's attention. ;)

I will miss this special girl.

And Lori, I have millions awaiting a spot at the Luckenback house for wayward kitties............you will need to find your OWN adoptive homes. :p

Wow! Leda is one beautiful tuxie girl! :)
Are you sure that is the same shy kitty that you rescued from the NY shelter?
She looks so ready for a new loving home now.
You have done an amazing job fostering her Jen! :D

(Hi sweet DaVinci! ;) I couldn't help but notice your sweet face in the first photo with Leda)
