I love pigs. i always wanted one but they are very stinky Ya if they are outside farm pigs. But if they are kept in a clean area they dont smell. Thatr is a common misconseption people have about pigs. Do you think people would have thm in there house andlet them on thier furniture if they smelled?

They are adorable!!!
Ive always wished someone would get piggies on PT. I love the one in the first picture! I hope we get more pictures when you go to your dads.:)

Like buttercup said, that is a myth. My dad said the pigs don't smell at all, they actually are one of the best smelling animals he has.

My favorite is also the one in the first picture. I'll have to ask him which pigs are which. The Reeves Pheasant is the most agressive type of pheasant. At times they will attack you! It is my dad's favorite kind of pheasant, though. They really are beautiful.

Thanks for the comments! :)

When I go visit him next summer, I'll get lots of pictures, I promise! I really wish I didn't have to wait that long though. :( But my dad is visiting for christmas!

Nope, I don't. What is it?

tikeyas_mom, Technically, my dad is the lucky one. Sadly I only get to see the pictures.

Thanks!

Here it is!

Wynken, Blynken, and Nod
by Eugene Field

Wynken, Blynken and Nod one night
Sailed off in a wooden shoe,
Sailed off on a river of crystal light
Into a sea of dew.

"Where are you going and what do you wish?"
The old moon asked the three.
"We have come to fish for the herring fish
That live in the beautiful sea;
Nets of silver and gold have we!"
Said Wynken,
Blynken,
And Nod.

The old moon laughed and sang a song,
As they rocked in the wooden shoe,
And the wind that sped them all night long
Ruffled the waves of dew.

The little stars were the herring fish
That lived in the beautiful sea.
"Now cast your nets wherever you wish --
Never afeard are we!"
So cried the stars to the fishermen three:
Wynken,
Blynken,
And Nod.

All night long their nets they threw
To the stars in the twinkling foam.
Then down from the skies came the wooden shoe,
Bringing the fisherman home.

'Twas all so pretty a sail it seemed
As if it could not be
And some folks thought 'twas a dream they'd dreamed
Of sailing that beautiful sea --
But I shall name you the fishermen three:
Wynken,
Blynken,
And Nod.

Wynken and Blynken are two little eyes,
And Nod is a little head,
And the wooden shoe that sailed the skies
Is the wee one's trundle-bed.

So shut your eyes while mother sings
Of wonderful sights that be,
And you shall see the beautiful things
As you rock in the misty sea,
Where the old shoe rocked the fisherman three:
Wynken,
Blynken,
And Nod.
