Yep you hear me right, it was major sirjury at our house today.

Seems like the more stuffies we have the more of them that get injured during Roxey & Bon's playtime.

So, today I did major surgery on 6 patients...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v43/anna66/IMG_66581.jpg

Roxey's Bday cow had been badly injured this week and lost his leg.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v43/anna66/IMG_66701.jpg

And Angus's ducky (finally let them play with it and look what happens! ) needed to have neck sirjury.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v43/anna66/IMG_66671.jpg

Squeeky chicken was about to loose his innards and we wouldn't want that to happen so I did a little nip and tuck on his caboose.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v43/anna66/IMG_66661.jpg

The beautiful pink Ms Unicorn got her back ripped open in a squabble last week, so she had to have a full zipper up her back.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v43/anna66/IMG_66601.jpg

One of Roxey's other bday presents, Mr Tiger got tore to pieces. He needed two broken legs put back together.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v43/anna66/IMG_66611.jpg

And the worst one of all, Bon's puppet that Amy (wolf_q) got for him was in a mess. He needed back sirjury, leg sirjury and an ear replaced.

After sirjury everyone including all the other stuffies got a nice warm bath
(they really needed it!)

Before Baths...what little dirties they were.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v43/anna66/IMG_66571.jpg

And all nice and clean after their baths and ready to take on Roxey and Bon!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v43/anna66/IMG_66711.jpg

We also have quite a few misfits because Bon's decided they don't need their mouths/eyes/noses or anything else that protrudes from them
Aren't they all just so sweet to take Bon's abuse and never complain;)

I'm still laughing at the sirjury pictures :D

I've got a prep room for the "Stuffies" in my sewing room~ then, after they get fixed up, they go around the corner to Recovery~ that's were they sit next to the washing machine for a few days!!

I got a kick out of seeing the misfits~~~Happiness is You~~~ and "I Love You" They all seem as though they are getting used to tough love!! :D

LOL Poor stuffies. We have a lamp chops that is missing both ears and has a hole right clear through the head LOL (no stuffing left lol) and we have a cow that has no face anymore lol it's been ripped clean off. the abuse these poor stuffies have to endure.

I am starting a group... P.E.T.S. People for the Ethical Treatment of Stuffies. :D

Count me as another one who was scared to open this thread!! Anna I am so glad it was only the stuffies!!! :) Can you imagine the $$$ you could have raked in had these SirJurys been on hoomans? :p Your stuffie population is ready for more fun and I bet Bon, Roxey and Huney are just the ones to provide it. Unfortunately when Bella is finished with a stuffie there is not much left to do but say some prayers for the dearly departed. :( Their insides are all over my house and Ripley then picks up what's left of their *skiin* and shakes it back and forth in his mouth. My two are totally ruthless. LOL! :D

LOL Cute thread, Anna.

Maggie's favorite toy is "Tadpole"... who actually began life as "Frog." However, one by one his limbs (and hat and tongue and eyes) disappeared. Mags can't STAND for a stuffie to have limbs, after she rids them of those she's actually quite gentle with 'em.

Sara, on the other hand, prefers blind babies. Even her basketfull of favorites are missing their eyes.

Funny how dogs have favorites, huh?

:p You scared me for a second, then I saw you spelled surgery wrong and I was like "this must be a joke or something". Cute thread! Those poor defenseless stuffies never had a chance, lol.

What a difference between the before and after bath pictures. All sweet and clean, those stuffies seem to be glowing. I think it just might be time for *ebberbuddie* to line up for a bit of scrubbing in our house too.

What lucky stuffies :D At the House of Hoodlums we do like Shayna does...once somebody is punctured the stuffing is removed and they play with the rag for awhile then it's tossed, lol. Sometimes though we buy the packages of squeekers and a few lucky guys get a second chance.

Ooh, nice job, Anna. :) I think your kids lucky to have so many stuffies because they have a Mom who is willing to perform sirjury on them for the pups. We don't have that money, because Mommy doesn't sew. ;)

Aww lol, very cute thread, though, the title did scare me!! Glad you are willing to fix them all up, I think Maggie would like to replace me with you now, because she always gets her babies thrown away. :p

love the thread! altho I'm with the others - I about spit my milk on the monitor!
lol
Keegan can't stand to have them alive at all - she guts them.
She's a serial stuffie killer and I can't make her stop - she doesn't even leave enough for there to BE surgery!

Add a PHEW! for me too! Gesh..please warn me of your goofy moods, girl, I nearly stopped breathing!!!!

Gee, Anna! Look at all the medical bills I can save next time I need sirjury..I'm calling YOU! Cool job! Hmmm. wonder how long clean and recuperated is gonna last?? I won't show Mz Klo because she'll think I'm stingy cause she only has around 20 squeekies..never enough!!

Good heavens, Anna!!!! You scared me to death!!!! And you have a lot more patience with those stuffies than I do! I've decided not to allow them anymore since Mack doesn't know when to say "when" and swallows all the guts! Two vet trips with him coughing has taught me to stay away from them for a while.

Awww how cute. What lucky dogs!! They are pretty good to their stuffies all things considered. My dogs' stuffies would be in the Intensive Care Unit, and then I still think they wouldn't pull through... ;) :D

Between the sir jury and ironing bandanas, I'd have to say that this trio has it made! What's next? Full lenght terry robes after their days at the spa?? ;)

Anna, you're an ideal doggy mommy!
