Here's some pictures of my dad's new additions. (from the auction) He sent these to me, I really wish I could see them! :(

First is his new Dutch Rabbit. She is pregnant. She will have her babies then my dad will give them a good home. He plans on spaying her and deciding whether he can keep her or give her a good home. We already have a couple homes lined up for the bunnies once they are 8 weeks, when they are weaned and ready to go. They are due in 2 weeks. Name suggestions would be appreciated for the mom!

Here's the muscovy duck that hatched shortly after I moved. He/she is all grown up now!

Thanks everyone. :)

Dorothy, this is what the pheasants will look like once they are fully mature. This is a picture of a yellow golden. There is also the original goldens, red goldens, and lady amherst pheasants (a kind of golden pheasant).

Lovely pictures of a very interesting collection of animals! The Dutch bunny is absolutely adorable and I'm sure her kits will be too. For names... I think she looks like an Amethyst, or perhaps a Chenai? Thanks for sharing :)

They are both beautiful names. How would you pronounce Chenai?

I really like that name. I'll have to tell my dad about it.

He went to another auction this weekend and bought 4 potbelli (sp?) pigs! For all 4 they were only 10 dollars! My dad says they are lots of fun. He got 2 females and 2 males. Sadly, he has to give away a male because they fight. He already has a possible home lined up for him. He's sad he has to give him away, though. :(
