View Full Version : My great nephew has arrived.....

Well for those of you who are interested, which appears to not be many, as no-one responded to my other thread, I am however thrilled to announce the safe arrival of a healthy baby boy to my niece, my sister's child Charlene and her husband Nick.

Charlene was induced but after the second try with the gel she was in severe pain and baby's heartbeat dropped drastically, she was prepared for an emergency caesarian and he was born last night,( luckily not on Black Friday the 13th at about 9.15 pm,)he weighed in at six pounds 13, I have no pics as yet and as i live about two hours away will have to wait to see him,also depends on whether my niece is up to loads of visitors yet.

Will post pics when and if i get them. :)

Thanks Donna, hey i can't wait to see him either, by the way you forgot the GREAT Auntie Carole, he he.,this is my first time being a great Aunt,so its kinda special,and so neat my parents are still alive to see their first great grandchild too. :)

Congratulations, we'll be patient (Oh, sure we will) for pictures. So glad everyone, mom and baby, are doing well, I know you were worried for a time!

Congrtulations, great aunt Carole! I'm glad to hear that your great nephew and his family are doing well. I'm a great uncle four times over, my first great niece just celebrated her 10th birthday this year! I'm SO happy for you, Carole! {{{{HUGS}}}}!

Introducing Master Carlos James Sinclair.

He is long and thin apparently 52cm long, his mother was 50.2 and she is tall , so is dad, so i think he will be a tall boy, i think he looks like my niece when she was born, but my sister has seen him and says he is more like his dad, here he is with his daddy and by himself, enjoy. :)

Welcome Carlos (I managed to find this thread AFTER the photos were added. which is a good thing, as you know I hae to wait. :rolleyes: )

Aww shucks Donna you sure know how to make a girl feel good, yep i love the pic with Daddy too, mum and dad are youngish parents at 22 and 23,and were married at 19 and 20, but they are very mature young people and very secure,so i think Carlos is a very lucky young man.

I have had the most fun going baby shopping for both Carlos and my great niece AAliyah due mid Jan, there is so much gorgeous stuff around, i really have to curb my spending, i could just go on and on and on lol. :)

Welcome, Mister Carlos! Aren't you the cutest little one?? What a handsome little face and great length!! It sounds like he'll be a tall boy when he grows up.

Isn't being a GREAT AUNT the best? My niece gave me that title back in May.

Enjoy every second that you have with him. He sure is a beatiful baby sound asleep in his Daddy's arms.
