Recipe

I need a recipe or whatever you would call it for something. I'm not sure what it's called, but I know basically what goes in it...just not how much.

It's a type of spaghetti. You make the spaghetti, then put eggs, condensed milk (or evaperated milk? not sure which...is there a difference??) and put small chunks of bacon in it. I think that's it....anyone know what it's called and how much of each to put in?

I think that is "Spaghetti Carbonara" :) . Sorry, I don't know a recipe for that, as I always make from a box :D ;)

Yup, that sounds like carbonara sauce. You can use cream or evaporated milk instead of the pasta water. Don't use condensed milk because that is made with lots of sugar.

hmmm....I have everything and think I will make some for my supper. Very easy. Oh yes, and you can use regular bacon instead of the pancetta. Any type of pasta works, too.
