No, they are not from the same litter, but they are at approximately the same age and I happened to get them on the same day! Missy was a rescued & Mocha was from the boy in the neighborhood (he got Mocha for a Birthday gift, but his parents "do not like to be bothered with pets", so he couldn't keep him).

I adopted Missy in the morning, and in the evening, I saw Mocha and my heart melt. I know it sounds cruel, but I was glad they couldn't keep him, for I believe it's fate that they be with me

Did you notice that I love taking pictures of Missy & Mocha while they sleep?? Beside the fact that they look their cuttest when they cuddle up to each other, that is the only time they are still enough for me to capture them

My daughter in Florida told me that her Chihuahua is in heat.

She already has 4 Pekes!!! All of them neutered, except 1!!!! :eek:

She has to go to work every day, keeping the sweet Chihuahua(Bella) in a crate.
(rescued the Chihuahua a few months ago)

I told her, If Bella becomes pregnant, I WANT THE PICK OF THE LITTER!!!

She told me, NO WAY will that happen, sorry Mom.Bella will be spayed ASAP!!!

OMGoodness! I cannot stand it. They are soooo cute. I want both of them And they look like they just adore each other, too. I love it! :) And thanks for the link to the grown-up pics. I adopted Missy from a local shelter, and Mocha from a boy in the neighborhood. He got him for a present, but his parents didn't like pets. I guess it works out fine, because Mocha is destined to be with me, and the boy can still visit if he wants to.

The strangest thing is I got both of them on the same day at the approximate same age. I brought Missy home in the morning, and told some neighbors about her.. That evening, a lady who lives down the road came and ask me where the shelter was so she could bring Mocha there tomorrow. I came over to take a look, and felt in love with him instantly, so I brough him home within 5 minutes!!

Mocha & Missy have been inseparable since.

Pleaseeeee continue to keep your fingers crossed for me. Last night I showed my husband some pictures I took of Muffin, and he SMILED! Great sign, but he still didn't definitely say yes yet!!

Ah.. Even though I know my chance to bring Muffin home is very high. I just want the reassurance that my husband agrees to it wholeheartedly from the begining, rather than let Muffin grows on him eventually :)
