Happy 2nd Birthday, Brodie!

Well, my Brodie boy is 2 years old today!!! I can hardly believe it!

It seems like just yesterday, he was a little runt . . . coming home from the shelter, all eaten up with fleas! Sleeping with us for a few nights, until we got him used to Josie . . . or got Josie used to him, I guess! :eek:

He's been our sicky baby this year . . . we had such a hard time finding out what was wrong with him! I'm sure you all remember me panicking, especially when I had to leave him at the vet hospital for an entire weekend . . . he's never been the same! Traumatized! But thankfully we figured it out & he has been well for almost 2 months now. (if he'd just quit eating buttons! LOL)

And here he is, on his second birthday, refusing to pose for the camera:

Brodie isn't allowed to have treats :( because of his IBD.

BUT he did have "birthday cake" for breakfast & will have it for dinner . . .

Which is actually wet food, LOL.

He LOVES it though and hasn't had it in a few weeks, so I'm sure he feels like a KING today!!! That is a special treat for him! :D

We might have a nip party later too :eek:
