Iīm still looking for THE name for baby Husky, formerly know as "Miss Piggy" LOL.......but canīt seem to get anywhere.........

for one I want it not to be as usual, as some may know I like rare, even weird names, with some kind of background (native american, scottish, irish, etc)

but I also would like to keep the oriental line I have with my other girls : Ninja and China...........but only if it does suit her (Miss Piggy).......I thought about GEISHA.......but still not sure it doesnīt clicks 100%, soooo...........

any suggestions are very welcome, and please do, even if it doesnīt comply with my "requisits" as a common name in the states may be not common where I live and so.......

hereīs a pic so you can get "inspired" LOL

ETA: oooops........I think i clicked before posting the pic :p so here a re a few.......

Here's some Inuit words that sound like good husky names:
Seeko, or Sikko it means "glacier ice" (sounds kind of oriental too)
Anyu means snow used for a specific purpose
Mauja means "soft deep snow"

and my two favorites:

Tamaiija means "There you are" (cute!)
Nukka means "younger sister" (I like this alot)

Found these on a site with names for mals, there's lots more

Indigo ! For her eyes, of course

hehe, my puppers name is Jesse, mine is Steph;) Oh well, you can't tell the difference between us two sometimes:p

I love it when dogs have special markings like that! I have not ever seen a clover yet though! Jesse has a heart and a bird head with it's beak and eye on her!! Then on her stump, she has a full-bodied bird:o

Anyway, back to your adorable little girl! More pics please:D

How about "Asia"????
I second that! I was going to suggest "Asia" or "Aja" as well because it's very pretty and delicate as a name.

Leng - literally means "pretty" in Cantonese

Kawaii - literally means "pretty, adorable, cute" in Japanese

Bao (pronounced "bo") - literally means "precious, priceless" in Cantonese. "Bao" is usually doubled to "Bao Bao" when you're using it in terms of endearment. My mother used to always call me "bao bao" ;)

Ai Ni - literally means "love you" in Mandarin

Which puppy was this girl? If she was the first born, you could name her "Yi" or "One/First" in Mandarin. I can help you with any other numbers as well :)

oh and for the record, (i still need to get her on camera) she went up a window, between the glass and the iron fence thingy.......haha i was on the living room and hear some barking behind me (window) then i looked back and she was up there pawing at me! .......... LOL........funny lil pup

How about Azure? (it's a shade of blue, as in "beautiful azure sky"). sounds close to Asia.

Here, I looked it up for you in the dictionary-
azure

pronunciation: 'a-zh&r
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English asur, from Anglo-French azeure, probably from Old Spanish, modification of Arabic lAzaward, from Persian lAzhuward

1 archaic : LAPIS LAZULI
2 a : the blue color of the clear sky b : the heraldic color blue
3 : the unclouded sky
- azure adjective

I have two huskies and we named them after Norse Gods. They are unique and simple. My dogs names are Thor and Sif.
