I don't know if anyone is able to help this women she located in Philipsburg and I would help her out but I have my hands full right now with the colony I'm trying to fix and re-release.

Hello, My name is Alicia. I have found a kitten in need of urgent help. He belongs to someone in the neighborhood but the people do NOT want to take care of him. I can not keep him nor can I pay to take him to the vet. There is a big open wound in his neck. If there is any cat rescues or even someone who would like to take this poor little guy in can you please contact me? He is all black. He is litter trained. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
