After coming through sucessful knee surgery, cataract surgery, now I have another concern. I think I'm getting arthritis in my right hip! It's a dull ache and it bothers me when I walk. I'm going to try Arthritis Pain Formula and if that doesn't work, a trip to my friendly orthopedic surgeon is in order. Am I getting old??

Don't worry we all are. Its better than the alternative.

This is true. At least I'm still above the ground and not six feet in it!

I am 45 and starting to feel my age. Today I just feel like I am dragging, that is what I miss the most from my youth...the energy.

By any chance would you be on a statin drug?

David, don't rule out anything at this point, but I occasionally have hip pain cause by muscles in my back. There are LOTS of things that can cause hip pain, much to my relief and surprise.

I have had osteoarthritis of the spine since my late twenties, I tend to ignore the dull aches that are always there and only notice the muscle spasms and other real pain that occurs regularly. There is no surgury available for me and anyway I would only consider it as a last resort if it was possible.
Hope you only have some sort of muscle spasm and feel better soon! :)
