There are good people!

Just thought this might cheer some people up. On Saturday morning, my dad was driving me to work and I saw a car pulled over on the road we were turning on, so I looked to see if they needed help and saw a dad and his 3 year old boy walking a turtle across the street, we stopped so they could take their time and it made me smile to still see the good people in the world.

That is so nice. There are SOME descent people left in the world.

aww. That reminds me.. I saw a turtle crossing the road. He was in the middle and I wanted to stop and move him. BUt I was trying to follow my husband to the car shop to get his car fixed. I'm very sad that I didn't because when we came back just 5 min later he was squished :(

Yay, turtle helpers! :) A new generation in training.

How sweet! We have a large lake right in the middle of our neighborhood, so we often get turtles on the road. I always stop and help them across so they don't get squished^^.

It would be nice to see some people like that around here. :rolleyes: In my area we have MAJOR dead deer on the road. :( ( and other animals: skunks, raccons, dogs, CATS, chipmunks... ect. )
