What do you call this.......I´ve never seen one before

This donkey we saw at Disney on our recent vacations just forgot I had this pic I took especially for you guys, I´ve never seen a donkey other than shades of gray so I´m not sure how to call this pattern?? piebald??

I thought piebald was just black/white? I thought it would be called Skewbald (in england) and pinto or paint in the USA.
