Runner will not eat dry. I've tried purina one chick n rice, kibble n bits, and nutro. Even tried vitagravy.

She won't touch it.

Plus, I hear I will save money :D Depending on where I get it right?

So now I'm googling, if anyone has some easy beginers recipes please post them or pm me. I know we've done TONS of raw threads, so I will be looking there too.

I don't understand why she won't eat dry. Her fosters gave her dry. She had to drag her foodbowl everywhere cus the other dogs tried to take her food.

But that's just giving the meat. Do you have to give veggies and vitamins and stuff?

what do I give and where do I get it?

I'm lookin in yellow book for meat markets.

If you have a livejournal, I HIGHLY reccommend the group Rawdogs. They've been absolutely invaluble in my switch over to raw. :)

i dont feed vegetables, dogs are carnivores and honestly i feel that they do not need them..its really your choice, and what you think will work best for your dogs..i agree with Cathy you should really try and join an email list or "raw feeders" type group, you would easily find all the information you need.

The LJ community Cathy mentioned is fantastic! They have lots of links in their userinfo too. http://livejournal.com/community/rawdogs

There's a thread in dog health that a lot of raw feeders post their dogs' daily meals in. It'll help give you an idea of the variety that should be available to raw fed dogs. :)
