Help!! I can't add a picture or avatar!

Nowmatter how small I make my pictures, I always get the "you picture is too big blah blah" Any suggestions?? :confused:

It has to be 60x60 and under 20 (?) KB.

I know the problem well, I used to get that too! But if you have a look around in general at graphics/signature threads, you'll find there are loads of people who are very talented avatar makers, and they will be happy to make you one if you pm them pictures :)
