I drew this as a gift for someone. It's her dog character, Akita and a character from a show she likes.

I really can't draw people well, so, sorry about that  However, what I need help with is this. How can I make the dog look like she is on the guys back? It looks as if she is just pasted there, and not really on his back....I know there is a lot of talented people here, so I hope someone can help me :)

It does look as if he's just pasted on top. What you need is interaction between the fabric of the garment, and the dog. The dog's paws would be sunk into the fabic, and also the back legs wouldn't be stuck together like that, they'd be straddling the width of the back, so would be at different angles. Also the dog's "shirtfront" would be smusheed against the person's back, so wouldn't be rounded and fluffy in front.

Does this help?

I can't get her paws to look like they're sunk into the guys shirt...it just looks like she has skinny legs T__T

The back legs look great! The front legs, try arching her leg a little more so "just" the paw is partly obscured by the fabric.
