I cannot say that I am one era over another, as I like all kinds of music! I am a little partial to the 80's though, I guess.

I listen to so much music I can't really put my finger on just one era. I listen to alot of 70s and 80s, which is probably most of my playlist... then I have my 90s and today-music. I think I'll settle with saying 80s for me. They had some of the greatest music. :D

Being a little older than everyone so far, my music is the 50's. I grew up then and loved the rock and roll and doo-wop era, and still do!

I love everything from the 50s on up...but, if I had to pick an era that gets me going no matter where I'm at or who I'm with, it's probably the 80s. I do love the 70s, though, too. There's a station here that is all 70s, it's one of my very favorites!

I love rock and roll and pop music from the 50s-70s.

I love country from the 90s through today (minus some of the stuff from the recent years that sound more like pop music).

I love the boyband era :D hehehe

I also love swing music, but I confess that I have no idea what era that it originates from :o

I really can't pick an era. I love it all! Right now I have a mix cd in my car called 70's Golds and in my cd player at home I have a 2 disc set that is 50's and 60's golden but oldies. I always try to keep up to date with the new stuff that comes out because if I don't then that just makes me feel old. I don't want to be old and outdated...lol.

I love it all too. My Record/CD collection is such a hodge podge of different styles and eras, from Big Band to Heavy Metal, it's hard to believe it all belongs to the same person.

I was a teenager in the 70s/80s and I think I just missed my era. I should have been apart of the age of aquarius. :) The 60s was really an incredible time for music and I loved it all. Beach music, British Invasion, Psychedelic and Acid Rock, Motown, Folk, etc. Just so many wonderfully creative sounds from that timeframe.

I was born at the tail-end of the 70's and I think I was several decades too late. hehe :D I grew up listening to the oldies from the 40s, 50s, 60s and to some extent the 70s. I hardly listen to any of the new stuff... rap, pop, alternative, emo (i'm still not entirely sure what that even is! lol) etc but I know just about any oldie that comes on the radio.

My favorite music is what is out right now and it's Country! I grew up on Ricky Nelson, The Shirrelles (sp?), The Supremes, The Four Seasons, etc., etc. but I just love today's country. I also enjoy classical music. Different music for different moods for me.

We have an oldies station here and lately my boss (an ophthalmologist) has that on during the day so I find my foot tapping as I work. LOL!
