I've read about not letting your puppy whining or barking while in his crate and to get him to quiet down. How then are you able to tell when he really needs to go outside if he isn't allowed to whine or bark? I feel like I'm taking his voice away from him and punishing him. HELP! p.s. Koa's, a lab, dob is 6/1/06. Thank you!!!
