Shemp is a Seal Point Siamese, and Rocca Baton is a Balinese, with Flame Point accents.
They both are blushing and meeeowing at your compliments.

I just LOVE seeing pics of your beautiful kitties. They are so handsome. I also love the name Shemp (after one of the stooges, I presume) as I am a HUGE fan of the Three Stooges.

Shemp was a kind hearted man who loved animals, as his name was sam too.
So I combined my love of The Three Stooges and gave Sam the name of Shemp, in honor of a Fine Man and Comic Actor.

I've just learned something new. You and I have a love of the Three Stooges. Do you collect memorabilia? If so, give me your address again. I've got a couple of things to send you.

I have been a stooges fan since I was a child (LOOOOOOONG time) and have collected memorabilia over the years. I have books I've read about them. Did you know that Larry Fine (cousin to Shemp, Moe and Curly) was an accomplished violinist?? When he was a child, he burned his arm and the doctor told his mother that playing the violin would help get the strength back in his arm. Curly was an accomplished ballroom dancer.

Sorry to sidetrack from your beautiful cats, but I never knew you were such a fan!!
